About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking home health aides and certified nursing assistants in Homer, Michigan, and surrounding areas. The role involves providing individualized care that respects each patient’s preferences, choices, abilities, and specific needs. Caregivers and clients are described as AdvisaCare’s top priority. Work is available on the 7 p.m.–7 a.m. shift, with full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities. Candidates may start work immediately after completing the hiring process.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work responsibly in a team and independently.
• Compassionate, with good communication skills.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and clear a background check.
