About The Position
Interim HealthCare is looking for extremely motivated Home Health Aides to provide personal care as assigned by the RN Case Manager to our clients in the home setting. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, maintaining a safe environment, and recognizing/reporting changes in the client's condition.
Requirements
- Current Florida CNA License and/or Home Health Aide certificate with 75 hours of training from an accredited school
- 1 Year Experience
- Excellent Communication
- Current CPR (NO ONLINE)
- Valid Driver's License
- Proof of Current Car Insurance
Responsibilities
- Assist the client with bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, toileting, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Assist client with other activities: shopping, homemaking, preparing and serving meals, and client socialization.
- Assist with ambulation, transfer, and/or range of motion exercises.
- Utilize good infection control measures.
- Recognize, document, and report changes in the client's environment to the supervisor.
