About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring an experienced, dependable Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care for a client with a traumatic brain injury (TBI) in the client’s home in Boxford, Massachusetts. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, for 35 hours. The role supports the client’s personal care, daily activities, routines, independence, safety, and companionship.
Requirements
- Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
- Patient, dependable, and compassionate.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- TBI experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with behavioral support is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support in the client’s home.
- Assist with personal care and daily activities.
- Provide companionship and supervision.
- Support established routines and independence.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment.
