About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring an experienced and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one care for a client with a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) in Boxford, MA. If you have experience supporting individuals with TBI, disabilities, or complex care needs, we want to hear from you. This is an immediate opening.
Requirements
- Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Patient, dependable, and compassionate
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- TBI experience strongly preferred
- Experience with behavioral support is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support in the client's home
- Assist with personal care and daily activities
- Provide companionship and supervision
- Support established routines and independence
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment
