As a fast-growing, leading provider, we proudly serve patients across Arizona, Colorado, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled home health aide (HHA) or certified nursing assistant (CNA) in Arizona City, AZ to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, providing care at the patient's residence. A home health aide or certified nursing assistant is needed for 5 hours a day, 7 days a week. The pay range is $17 to $19 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

Home health aide (HHA) or certified nursing assistant (CNA) certification
Ability to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan
Compassionate and skilled

Responsibilities

Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting.
Assist with the patients’ activities of daily living as well as personal care.
Light housekeeping
Meal preparation
Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) according to plan of care.
Remind patient of to take medication as prescribed.
Maintain records and documentation of services.
Communication with the patients’ family, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient.
