We are looking for a compassionate and skilled home health aide (HHA) or certified nursing assistant (CNA) in Hunters Point, AZ to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, providing care at the patient's residence. A home health aide or certified nursing assistant is needed for 28 hours a week. The pay range is $17 to $18 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

Home health aide (HHA) or certified nursing assistant (CNA) certification
Compassionate and skilled in patient care
Ability to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan
Ability to provide care at the patient's residence
Availability for 28 hours a week

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and hygiene.
Perform light housekeeping duties to help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
Prepare nutritious meals according to the patient's dietary needs and preferences.
Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration, in accordance with the patient's plan of care.
Provide medication reminders to help ensure medications are taken as prescribed (without administering medications unless authorized).
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided, patient observations, and any changes in condition.
Communicate effectively with family members, caregivers, and other authorized individuals regarding the patient's health status, care needs, and any concerns.
