About The Position

The Crossings of Willmar, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a part-time Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The community provides Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care services. The role is based at 2103 9th Street Southeast, Willmar, Minnesota 56201, and offers either a part-time overnight schedule from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. or on-call/float work. Hourly pay is $17.50–$22.50 for HHA and $19.50–$24.50 for CNA, depending on experience. CNA and HHA team members provide direct care to residents of all genders, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. They support residents with personal care and activities of daily living, engage them in meaningful conversations, provide attentive care, and assist with medication administration. Responsibilities

Provide direct care to residents of all genders while recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating residents with respect and dignity.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs described in the plan of care.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Assist with medication administration.
