About The Position
The Crossings of Willmar, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver/HHA/CNA (Part Time) to join our growing team. The Crossings of Willmar Senior Living is accessible from 19th Avenue SE or 24th Avenue SE, east of the Walmart Supercenter. This is more than a place to work—it is a place to thrive. Requirements

- CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Assist with medication administration.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
- Strong interest in healthcare.
- Positive, compassionate attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
