About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is actively hiring Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants to serve clients throughout Worcester and surrounding towns. We have immediate openings with flexible weekday and weekend shifts available. Build your schedule based on your availability and grow your weekly hours over time. What You’ll Do Assist clients with personal care and ADLs Provide companionship and emotional support Support meal preparation and light housekeeping Help seniors remain safe and independent at home What We Offer Flexible scheduling Opportunity to build steady weekly hours Mileage reimbursement between clients $250 sign-on bonus (paid after 90 days averaging 20+ hours/week) 24/7 on-call office support Ongoing training and growth opportunities
Requirements
- Active HHA certification
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate
