About The Position

Silver Lining Home Health Care, a Care Advantage, Inc. Company, has been in business for over 45 years and is seeking to hire part-time or full-time CNA / HHA Caregivers to provide in-home care services to clients in the Wilmington DE area. They are a client-driven company with a mission to lift up every community they serve, enable aging adults to live life to the fullest, and empower their Care Family in their purpose-driven work. They specialize in one-on-one quality personal care and companionship in the home, hospital, nursing home or rehabilitation center, tailoring care plans to clients' needs.

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, Home Health Aide (HHA) certification, or DE CNA program completion
• Open availability, able to work various shifts to include weekends
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Physical and 2 Step PPD
• Able to lift, position, and transfer patient
• Experience operating a Hoyer lift
• Compassionate, respectful, committed to excellency and a good attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide client care according to the Plan of Care
• Assist client with personal care and hygiene
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Follows infection control procedures
• Maintains client privacy and confidential client information
