About The Position
Florry Creative Care Corporation is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the lives of their clients by providing a variety of in-home care services, including personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and respite care. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience, demonstrating empathy and dedication.
- Must have a Home Health Aide or CNA license.
- Favorable Level II background check in compliance with Federal and State regulations, a negative TB examination, and a statement confirming freedom from communicable diseases.
- Dependable transportation to commute between facilities.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide light housekeeping duties, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, laundry, changing bed linens, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and social interaction, such as engaging in conversation, playing games, and assisting with hobbies.
- Provide a combination of personal care, homemaking, and companionship services to give primary caregivers a much-needed break.
- Monitor clients' condition and report any changes to the care team.
- Ensure the client's home is safe and free from hazards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
