About The Position
As a Home Care Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Trinity Health at Home and Mercy Home Health, you’ll deliver one-on-one, high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Using advanced technology and your clinical expertise, you’ll assess, plan and manage individualized care that promotes healing and independence. A Catholic-based, non-profit organization, we serve patients and their loved ones with home care (skilled nursing, physical/occupational and speech therapy and medical social work), palliative care, hospice and bereavement services. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing assistant program
- Active CNA Certification in the state
- Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience
