About The Position
Interim HealthCare of Ann Arbor is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for weekend-only positions. This is a part-time role focused on providing essential care to seniors in their homes across Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Milan, and Saline, MI. We offer competitive pay for both day/evening and overnight shifts, with the flexibility to set your own schedule. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR Certification required.
- Valid Michigan driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- 1 Year of experience in a healthcare role preferred.
- Compassionate nature, a real people person, strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist seniors with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and transportation).
- Help with ambulation, transferring, range of motion exercises, and ensuring a safe home environment.
- Provide medication reminders, document client conditions, and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
- Participate in activities that bring clients joy, such as puzzles, games, reading, and other hobbies.
