About The Position
Interim HealthCare is looking for extremely motivated Home Health Aides to provide personal care as assigned by RN Case Manager to our clients in the home setting. This role requires excellent communication skills and involves assisting clients with various daily activities to maintain their well-being and a safe environment.
Requirements
- Current Florida CNA License and/or Home Health Aide certificate
- 6 months Experience
- Excellent Communication
- Current CPR (NO ONLINE)
- Valid Driver's License
- Proof of Current Car Insurance
- Able to Lift, Carry, Push or Pull up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care as assigned by RN Case Manager.
- Assist client with bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, toileting.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client.
- Assist client with other activities such as shopping, homemaking, preparing and serving meals, and client socialization.
- Assist with ambulation, transfer, and/or range of motion exercises.
- Utilize good infection control measures.
- Recognize, document, and report changes in client environment to supervisor.
