About The Position

Seniornest Homecare is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers – Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) – for live-in and hourly cases in Paterson, NJ and throughout Bergen and Passaic Counties. Requirements

Current New Jersey CHHA or CNA license in good standing.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
At least 6 months of caregiving experience (facility or home care).
Current PPD test (within the last 12 months) and MMR vaccination record.
Ability to read and follow a care plan and complete ADLs safely and professionally.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and ambulation according to the care plan.
Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to clients in their homes.
Assist with light housekeeping related to client care (tidying, laundry, meal assistance) as directed by the care plan.
Follow the client’s individualized care plan and communicate changes in condition to the office or supervising nurse.
Maintain a safe, clean environment and use appropriate infection control and PPE procedures.
