Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Strong English communication skills – reading, writing, and speaking
- Compassionate, dependable, and respectful attitude
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing excellent care to our clients
Nice To Haves
- HHA or CNA certification preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Preparing meals and assisting with meal planning
- Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe, clean home
- Grocery shopping and other errands
- Providing medication reminders
- Assisting clients with daily activities
- Monitoring and reporting changes in a client's condition
- Following all health and safety guidelines
- Responding appropriately to emergencies
