About The Position

Home Care Collective is seeking BI-LINGUAL caring, compassionate, and experienced Caregivers in Collier and Lee County. Candidates must be flexible with their schedules and possess a willingness and eagerness to work. A minimum of 2 years of experience in private duty, facilities, or hospital settings is required. A valid driver's license and a working vehicle for transportation to and from the client's home are also necessary. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification.
  • TB test results.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and provide references.
  • Ability to think and work both independently and with direction.
  • Must have exceptional personal hygiene.
  • Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner.
  • Knowledge of basic housekeeping.
  • More than 2 years of experience in private duty, facilities, or hospital settings.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Working vehicle for transportation to and from the client's home.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.
  • Perform basic health care services for clients, including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication.
  • Assist with general light housekeeping, including cooking meals.
  • Make transportation arrangements or provide transportation for clients as needed.
  • Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors, and family members.
  • Observe and report on each client's condition.
  • Stay up-to-date with home health aide training, policies, and procedures.
