About The Position

Mind & Mobility is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality, in-home care that supports clients’ independence and quality of life. The role includes personal care, assistance with activities of daily living, mobility, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship. The caregiver works with clients, families, and the care team to maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment. This is a PRN, as-needed position. Hours are flexible and depend on caregiver availability and client needs; the company works with caregivers to build schedules around their preferred hours and availability. The posting lists a schedule of Monday through Sunday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and pay of $16 per hour. The position is located in Parkland, Florida.

Requirements

At least one year of professional caregiving or home care experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Reliable personal vehicle.
Current CPR certification.
Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
Ability to complete a Level 2 background screening through Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Nice To Haves

CNA license, HHA certificate, or verifiable medical background preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Prepare meals and cook according to clients’ dietary needs and restrictions.
Perform light housekeeping, including cleaning and organizing clients’ living spaces.
Monitor and record vital signs, provide medication reminders, and complete medical documentation as required.
Assist clients with mobility and transfers using proper techniques and equipment.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
Provide errands or transportation as needed.
