About The Position
Silver Lining Home Health Care, a Care Advantage Company, is seeking to hire part-time or full-time CNA / HHA Caregivers who are bilingual in Spanish and English to provide in-home care services to clients in Sussex County. As a client-driven company with over 45 years of experience, we aim to deliver the best care and empower our Care Family. We specialize in one-on-one personal care and companionship in various settings, tailoring care plans to individual client needs.
Requirements
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, Home Health Aide (HHA) certification, or DE CNA program completion
- Open availability, able to work various shifts to include weekends
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Physical and 2 Step PPD
- Able to lift, position, and transfer patient
- Experience operating a Hoyer lift
- Compassionate, respectful, committed to excellency and a good attitude

Responsibilities
- Provide client care according to the Plan of Care
- Assist client with personal care and hygiene
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Follows infection control procedures
- Maintains client privacy and confidential client information
