Requirements

Valid HHA certification or CNA license in the state of Florida
Prior experience in home health, personal care, or a clinical setting preferred
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Venice, FL area
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality care

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Maintain accurate care logs and documentation for each client visit
Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all safety protocols
