About The Position
Guardian Angel Home Care is seeking compassionate, reliable Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide non-medical, in-home care to seniors and adults in Milford, MA, and surrounding areas. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity for immediate start. We are a trusted, locally operated non-medical home care agency dedicated to helping seniors and adults remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home.
Requirements
- Reliable vehicle + valid driver's license
- HHA certification or CNA license
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- Compassionate, dependable, and respectful
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care (hygiene, dressing, grooming, meals)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathrooms)
- Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping or errands
- Provide medication reminders
- Maintain a clean, safe home environment
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Respond appropriately in emergencies
