About The Position

AccordCare is urgently hiring Live-In Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for cases in Palm Beach County, FL. This position offers a competitive rate of $200 per day for live-in cases, with weekly pay and flexible placement opportunities. The role involves providing comprehensive care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, monitoring their condition, and ensuring their safety and comfort in a live-in setting. Requirements

• Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate (required)
• Current CPR certification (in-person preferred)
• NEGATIVE TB Test / NEGATIVE QuantiFERON Blood Test
• Must pass Level 2 background screening and drug screening
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Strong compassion, reliability, and ability to provide live-in care
• This role requires a screening through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Provide care according to the client’s Plan of Care
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Provide medication reminders as directed
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Support safety, comfort, and daily routines in a live-in setting
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and quality care standards
