About The Position
IMMEDIATELY HIRING – 24-HOUR CASE (APPLY ASAP) Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Shifts Available: Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM We are urgently hiring reliable, compassionate, and experienced HHAs/CNAs for a long-term 24-hour patient case. Care will be provided in the patient’s home or current placement (rehab center or hospital). This is a long-term, 24-hour case requiring consistent caregivers who can provide safe, dependable, and high-quality personal care. Candidates must be comfortable working independently while following a structured care plan.
Requirements
- Valid HHA Certificate or CNA License (or ability to pass HHA competency test)
- Experience with Dementia and Alzheimer’s patients is required
- Valid CPR Certification
- Negative TB skin test or current chest X-ray
- Level 2 Background Clearance
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver’s License with active auto insurance
- Ability to work independently and follow care instructions

Responsibilities
- Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility
- Provide care for a fall-risk patient with close attention to safety
- Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Drive patient to appointments and run errands as needed
- Follow the patient’s individualized care plan
- Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and comfort at all times
- Communicate clearly with the care team regarding any changes or concerns
