About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable Caregivers, Home Health Aides, and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide in-home care for seniors throughout Worcester County and surrounding communities. We offer flexible opportunities for every schedule, including full-time, part-time, supplemental work, short shifts, long shifts, day, evening, and weekend hours. We have immediate openings and opportunities to build consistent weekly hours, making it a great fit for CNAs, HHAs, students, parents, retirees, and experienced caregivers. We serve areas including Auburn, Oxford, Worcester, Shrewsbury, Southbridge, Webster, Uxbridge, Milford, and surrounding communities.

Nice To Haves

• HHA or CNA certification preferred.
• Caregiving, healthcare, or related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Support safe mobility and daily routines.
• Follow individualized care plans and safety guidelines.
• Help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
