About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring passionate Caregivers, CNAs, and Home Health Aides across the Greater Phoenix area. They offer training for those new to the field. The role involves providing personal care services, household support, and companion care to help adults stay safe and independent at home, following a written plan of care by a registered nurse. They are recruiting for a Home Health Aide (HHA) to serve patients in specific counties within BAYADA’s Assistive Care Division.

Requirements

1+ year of verifiable caregiving experience OR active CNA/LNA certification
Compassion, reliability, and the willingness to learn
Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
Commitment to deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services.
Assist clients with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
Perform household support tasks: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, etc.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
Assist with range of motion/exercises.
Assist with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices).
Provide medication reminders.
