About The Position
To The Rescue is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one care to individuals in their homes throughout the Cedar Rapids area. Most visits focus on assisting with bathing, toileting, and other personal care needs, while some may include light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship.
Requirements
- Compassionate and dependable
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving, home health, CNA, or personal care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, toileting, dressing, and personal care
- Provide compassionate one-on-one care in clients' homes
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship as needed
- Complete required documentation and communicate with the care team
