BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for Home Health Aides and CNA's to care for our clients. As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. We are currently recruiting for a Caregiver, Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to reliably serve patients in the following locations for day shift hours: Longboat Key, Bradenton, Ellenton, Palmetto, Parrish, Lakewood Ranch, West Bradenton, South Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach, Sun City, Myakka City.
Requirements
- Minimum one year work experience
- Current HHA - Home Health Aide or CNA License
- BLS Certified CPR (must be through an in-person class)
- Level II Background Check
Responsibilities
- Transportation
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Oral feeding
- Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
