About The Position
Home Careolina is seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide exceptional in-home care to our clients in Huntersville, NC. This role involves assisting patients with daily living activities while promoting their independence and comfort in a supportive environment.
Requirements
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle record check
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Genuine compassion for seniors and a commitment to respectful, dignified care
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
- Monitor and document clients' health conditions and report any changes to supervisory staff.
- Assist with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed care plans.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean living environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote clients' well-being.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care activities.
