About The Position

Home Physicians Group of Orlando, Florida is seeking a Home Health Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Bilingual Spanish to perform primary care visits in the Orlando, Florida and Kissimmee area. Requirements

Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Current APRN licensure in the state of SMPL.
Certification in a relevant specialty area.
Advanced clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Strong communication skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Organizational skills for maintaining accurate patient records and managing multiple cases efficiently.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in primary care or specialty areas.
Bilingual skills (Spanish) to enhance communication with diverse patient populations.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Bilingual communication skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
