About The Position
Full-Time Home Health Visits ADMISSIONS (SOC) Registered Nurse Great Benefits Package AND Work/Life Balance!! BAYADA Home Health has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Admissions (SOC) Registered Nurse!! You will complete OASIS Starts of Care (SOC) for adult and geriatric patients in Westford, Groton, Fitchburg, Leominster, Boxborough and surrounding towns. Requirements
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- Medicare Certified Home Health experience required.
Responsibilities
- Complete OASIS Starts of Care (SOC) for adult and geriatric patients
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a touch pad tablet
