About The Position

This role is primarily an Admissions RN position, with coverage of follow‑up/subsequent home health visits as needed. This RN position will float wherever patient need is, so travel is required. Cochran and the surrounding area would be a good central home base. Only required to go to Macon home office around once per month; start and end from home each day. The schedule is flexible, generally 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with an on‑call rotation every 4–5 weekends. On‑call volume for this team is typically light and very manageable. Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Ability to travel to Cochran and surrounding areas
• Ability to start and end from home each day
• On-call rotation every 4-5 weekends
