About The Position
Take your healthcare sales career to the next level with a growing, mission-driven home health organization. Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Account Executive. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with an existing book of business who thrives on building relationships and driving census growth.
Requirements
- Active book of business within the territory (REQUIRED)
- Ability to travel within the territory
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required)
- Your application may require successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening.
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare sales experience (home health, SNF, DME, hospice, or clinical liaison) preferred
- Clinical background (RN, LPN, MSW, etc.) preferred
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships within senior living communities
- Drive census growth by meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Act as an advocate to ensure smooth transitions to home care
- Manage the referral-to-admission process efficiently
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain consistent communication with executive leadership and referral sources
