As a Home Health Sales Executive, you will call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health care services, building and maintaining referral source relationships. You will prepare business plans and maintain target lists, prioritizing accounts following the market sales plan. You will gather and organize account-related information and provide input on important customer opportunities. You will report to a Market Executive of Sales.
