The role involves executing personnel and store sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets, while consistently upholding the company’s ethos of prioritizing people, optimizing processes, delivering exceptional products, and reinforcing the brand’s core values. This position plays a crucial role in elevating the store's sales performance and contributing to the overall company success and is held to the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.

Requirements

1-3 years of sales or retail experience
Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
Goal-oriented with strong business and financial understanding
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Must pass background and drug screening

Retail sales management experience preferred

Responsibilities

Drive store and individual sales goals and performance
Coach, train, and motivate the sales team
Champion the La-Z-Boy selling process and in-home design program
Recognize top talent
Deliver an exceptional, branded customer experience
Support sales events, promotions, and store operations
Address customer concerns and help maintain a clean, professional showroom
Partner with leadership to improve sales and operational results
Resolve customer concerns and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
Support planning and executing sales promotion and events.
Collaborate with support teams to ensure flawless execution of operational excellence.
Ensure proper execution of all existing and new systems and administrative procedures.
Uphold brand visual standards in the store by ensuring cleanliness in employee and customer areas.
