RH is seeking a Scheduling Associate to represent the RH brand as a primary point of contact, facilitating an elevated home delivery experience. This role delivers first-class service through clear communication, thoughtful coordination, and timely resolution of customer needs. You will be part of a team committed to earning the love of our customers by creating a seamless, personalized, and memorable delivery experience.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or scheduling environments preferred
- Demonstrated professionalism and composure when supporting discerning customers
- Strong technical proficiency and comfort navigating multiple systems
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Clear and effective communication skills across phone and email
- Demonstrates sound judgment and problem-solving in dynamic situations
- Flexibility to support business needs, including evenings, weekends, and overtime
