Responsibilities

• Engage new, current, and previous customers and recommend solutions for their home comfort needs.
• Communicate with homeowners during in-home conversations to identify ways to reduce utility costs and future repair expenses while improving comfort and air quality.
• Collaborate with service technicians to present and recommend equipment and service options.
• Conduct follow-up calls to confirm customer satisfaction and develop future referrals.
• Travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
