About The Position

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as caregivers for all shifts in Parsons, Kansas. Our caregivers are the heart of what we do, and we provide the training, tools, and support necessary to excel in their roles. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must drive a reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and grooming.
• Offer friendly companionship.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Prepare meals and clean up afterward.
• Provide ambulatory support.
• Help with light housekeeping such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Assist with laundry.
