About The Position

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as caregivers. Our caregivers are the heart of what we do, and we provide the training, tools, and support necessary to excel in their roles. This position offers opportunities for all shifts, including overnight hours, in Parsons, Kansas. The role is ideal for individuals passionate about caring for others and making a difference in someone's life.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must drive a reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Pass a background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Personal care/Grooming
• Friendly companionship
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Prepare meals and clean up afterward
• Provide ambulatory support
• Help with light housekeeping such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
• Assist with laundry
