About The Position

Full Life Care is hiring Home Caregivers to join their team in Bellevue, WA. The hourly rate for these roles has increased to $22.67 to $27.61 per hour DOE and prior certifications. Transforming Age is a leading nonprofit organization committed to improving the lives of older adults by integrating housing, community services, technology, philanthropy, and partnerships.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Must be able to read, write, and take direction in English.
• Motivation and desire to serve adults with disabilities and/or chronic health conditions
• Completion of a background screen and other pre-employment screenings as required.

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or GED is highly preferred but not required.
• Additional languages are preferred.
• The ability to work with clients of any gender is preferred, not required
• Reliable transportation to and from client's home, personal vehicle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in their own homes by assisting with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, personal care (bathing, assistance with restroom and hygiene, dressing), shopping, housework, and other tasks.
• Encourage clients to be as independent as possible in self-care.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor according to policy.
• Participate in and complete training and certification programs.
