As a home-based Caregiver, you will provide support, assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for an individual to be able to remain in their own home. We are hiring PRN Caregivers for multiple shifts in Jacksonville and the surrounding areas.

Requirements

Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation
Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet identified clients’ needs
Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire
FL: Successful completion of at least forty hours of training in areas required by the Agency for Health Care Administration OR successfully passed the home health aide competency test (Form AHCA 3110-1007 created by AHCA).

Proven ability to adapt to changing organizational needs

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders
Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed
Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system
Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs
