About The Position

We’re hiring experienced caregivers to provide meaningful support to clients in their homes throughout Calvert County MD - helping with daily activities, mobility, meals, and companionship. We also have cases in Anne Arundel County, including Shady Side, Deale, Tracy's Landing, Friendship!

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of proven experience as caregiver, home health aid, nursing assistant
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation
• Ability to speak and understand English as needed for the job

Responsibilities

• Assist with mobility devices (walker, wheelchair, lift)
• Assist with transferring/moving clients
• Support daily living activities
• Support range-of-motion exercises, and physical care needs
• Help with special dietary need and meal preparation
• Accompany clients on errands or appointments
• Medication reminders
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
• Performing housekeeping activities
