Requirements
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not required (we pay for Caregiver training!)
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
- Dependable, compassionate, and motivated Caregiver with a strong desire to help others
Responsibilities
- Provide professional personal care services as a Caregiver, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
- Deliver compassionate in-home Caregiver support tailored to each client’s needs
- Work primarily in clients' homes with flexible shifts based on availability
