About The Position

Sharp Home Care is expanding its team and is looking for compassionate, dependable Caregivers and Personal Care Assistants to provide one-on-one, non-medical home care for seniors and adults throughout Marietta, Roswell, Austell, Powder Springs, Woodstock, and surrounding Cobb County communities. Requirements

Previous experience as a Caregiver, Personal Care Assistant, Home Health Aide, Companion Caregiver, Direct Support Professional, or experience in home care, assisted living, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or another healthcare setting is preferred
Reliable transportation with dependable attendance
Authorized to work in the United States
Compassionate, professional, and committed to providing outstanding client care
Able to pass a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
Provide companionship while encouraging independence and emotional well being
Prepare light meals and assist with routine household tasks
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
Follow individualized service plans and complete required documentation
Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and the Sharp Home Care office team
