About The Position

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to clients in Marine City, MI. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being in a home environment. We have morning and afternoon available.

Requirements

• Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites in Marine City, MI.
• Ability to pass background checks and any required health screenings.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support clients with mobility and transfer assistance as needed.
• Help with medication reminders and basic health monitoring.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning.
• Provide companionship and social interaction to enhance clients’ quality of life.
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition promptly.
