Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks and assist with mobility
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is be required
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving or relevant experience preferred, but not required
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus, but able to train once hired.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide medication reminders and monitor clients’ health status
- Help with household chores including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client’s condition
