About The Position

Join Synergy HomeCare as a valued part-time Home Caregiver and experience a rewarding caregiving opportunity serving the communities of Livermore, Tracy, Mountain House, Manteca, Lathrop, and Stockton, CA. As a Home Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, non-medical care that helps clients feel safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. You will assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and medication reminders. Each day, you will support clients with everyday tasks like meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, transportation, and companionship. You will observe and communicate any changes in a client's condition, document care, and maintain professional communication with the office and family members. Your dedication will allow you to build meaningful relationships while delivering person-centered care that brings peace of mind to families. Requirements

  • Valid CA driver's license
  • Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance
  • Willingness to complete and pass checks required by the California Home Care Services Bureau (HCSB)
  • Willingness to register (or currently registered) with the California Home Care Aide (HCA) Registry
  • Willingness to obtain or provide proof of a negative TB test
  • Willingness to obtain or provide current CPR/First Aid certification
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist clients with mobility
  • Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

  • Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and medication reminders.
