Requirements

Previous caregiving experience (personal or professional preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and attention to detail
Dependability and sound judgment
Ability to travel up to 15 miles to assignments
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Commitment to treating clients with dignity and respect
Valid driver’s license
Reliable access to a vehicle

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with mobility, daily routines, and personal care
Support medication reminders (per care plan)
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
Accompany clients to appointments and errands
Engage clients in meaningful activities
Monitor and report changes in well-being

Benefits

Competitive Pay: $19.00–$22.00 per hour
Shift Differentials Available (evenings, overnights, weekends)
