About The Position

Touching Hearts at Home is seeking caring and reliable caregivers and CNAs to serve seniors and adults with disabilities throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties. Caregivers provide hands-on help with daily activities, companionship and emotional support, and dependable assistance that helps clients live independently. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling, consistent clients, and reliable hours.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and TB screening.
Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Support clients with mobility and transfers.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Prepare meals.
Perform light housekeeping related to care.
Assist with activities of daily living.
