About The Position
We are hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide exceptional care for patients in and around the Southport, NC area. Joining our team as a caregiver offers the rewarding opportunity to enhance the lives of clients while enjoying a schedule tailored to your needs and those of your family. We offer comprehensive training for those new to home care.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in senior care is valued, but comprehensive training is offered for those new to home care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, fall prevention, mobility support, bed-bound care, meal preparation, and safety supervision.
- Provide heartfelt companion care, offering cognitive support for clients living with dementia through engaging conversations, activity planning, and gentle redirection when needed.
