About The Position
Freedom Home Care is dedicated to serving veterans with honor and heart. Our mission is to provide compassionate, reliable, and dignified in-home care to veterans and their families in the Cincinnati and Tri-State area. We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants.
Requirements
- Pass BCI/FBI background check
- Valid driver’s license
- Active car insurance
- Reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Prefer 1 year of personal care experience
- Experience with dementia or mobility assistance
- Strong communication skills
- Calm and compassionate presence
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance)
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship and emotional support
- Medication reminders
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Documentation in AxisCare
